NephroPlus, a dialysis network company has acquired a majority stake in Royal Care Dialysis Centres Inc. (RCDC), a reputed dialysis network in Phillippines. NephroPlus, through this strategic partnership, has become the top Indian dialysis network to extend overseas, marking the company&#8217;s transition to becoming a Multinational Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samisti was closely involved in this transaction which called for significant discussions between the parties and critical legal advisory considering a cross-border acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samisti Team led by Prashant Jain, Partner and Anita Dugar, Principal Associate advised NephroPlus in relation to this deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to thank the team of PurePlay for giving us this opportunity and for appreciating our work.
